The premise of international TV franchise Undercover Boss is simple: a senior executive goes undercover in their own company, often donning overalls or uniform to see what most employees have to put up with when working there.
And now America’s Saturday Night Live have excelled themselves in the humour stakes, recruiting actor Adam Driver, who plays new Star Wars baddie Kylo Ren, to imagine what it would be like if Ren went undercover in Stormtrooper HQ. Just brilliant.
It’ll be interesting to see what Star Wars diehards make of the ‘mini-mockumentary’, and whether Driver is chastised for going off-piste. Either way it’s clear he’s a good sport!
