2024, Burnout & Ecclesiastes

I had the chance to talk about Life Audits with Graeme & Jack at the fab Table Talk podcast last new years (see below).

Well, this new year they have invited me back to chat with them about how a surprising part of the Bible, Ecclesiastes, speaks compellingly into how we approach a new year.

They were especially aware of how there is an apparent Burnout crisis facing the millennial generation. For example, I recently read Cal Newport on how many employees in 2024 are facing what he called 'The Great Exhaustion' - so this seems a timely topic.
